DEFECTIVE GOODS OR INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

You must inspect the goods and notify us within 14 days of delivery in case you would be dissatisfied with the product please call our. Consumer Services team on 02-657-8601. If the item you purchase is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

Returns or exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the purchase confirmation, we will exchange it, and deliver a new item to you (within 7 working days) with free of charge.
  • Capsules cannot be returned or exchanged unless the shelf life is less than 4 months or products have been damaged from delivery service. We will exchange free of charge the faulty item within 7 working days after our consumer service receive the call. an item with free of charge. We reserve the right to inspect the items before accepting the items. For any other another reason, our company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
  • In case of issues with your machine after 14 days please contact Nestle. Consumer Services team at 02-657-8601. Our representative will advise you how to solve most common problems with machines or recommend a nearby service center, shall the machine require repair.Every machine is covered with 2 year warranty.
  • If you have a problem with the accessories that have been damaged from delivery service, we will exchange the faulty item within 7 working days after we receive notification. We reserve the right to inspect the items before accepting the items. For another reason, our company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
  • In case of return or cancel an order (under the company’s policy), the items must be in the ready-to- sell condition. (ready-to- sell condition means the condition of the items has not changed or damaged. Price tags and brand tags has to remain in the package of that items in the same condition that company delivers to the customers)
  • In case of customers would like to exchange the items e.g. change machine color and machine model customers will be responsible for the delivery charge. The items must be unchanged or undamaged condition. Price tags, brand tags has to remain in the package of that items in the same condition that company deliver to the customers. Company will inspect the items before delivering the new items to the customers. There will be ฿100 charge to cover the cost.
  • In case of gifts bundled with promotional items, the company reserves the right to receive/return/cancel/compensate for damaged gift or any change of gift including lost gift.
